Audited, not asserted.

Five credentials awarded independently of us. Each with what it actually covers — and with the evidence attached.

ISO/IEC 27001 — information security

What it is: The international standard for information security management systems. What is certified is not a product but the way an organisation identifies risks, defines measures and reviews their effectiveness — monitored annually by an independent body.

Why it matters for your mandate: In an investigation, your company's most sensitive data sits with us. ISO/IEC 27001 evidences that access control, encryption, supplier management and incident handling rest on an audited system rather than on assurances.

Evidence: Certificate as a PDF, scope, certification body, register number and validity, directly on the page.

ISO/IEC 27701 — privacy information management

What it is: The extension of ISO/IEC 27001 to the protection of personal data. It governs the roles of controller and processor, data subject rights, purpose limitation and deletion.

Why it matters for your mandate: Whistleblowing reports, early-warning signals and forensic data sets consist almost entirely of sensitive personal data — and often concern people who know nothing of the processing. ISO/IEC 27701 is the evidence that we do not leave this part to chance, and the shortest answer to your data protection officer's questionnaires.

Evidence: Certificate as a PDF and a statement of scope.

A note worth making: Only a minority of comparable providers hold 27701 in addition to 27001. That deserves to be said plainly.

Swiss Made Software

What it is: A label for software whose value is created in Switzerland. It is awarded against defined criteria and is not a self-declaration.

Why it matters for your mandate: “Swiss” is a word used often and evidenced rarely in the compliance field. The label turns a claim into a verifiable statement — consistent with the fact that our platform partners, such as Farsight, are Swiss as well.

Evidence: Our company profile at swissmadesoftware.org

Swiss Legal Tech Association (SLTA)

What it is: The Swiss association at the intersection of law and technology, with members from law firms, legal departments and technology providers.

Why it matters for your mandate: Our work sits regularly between the legal department and IT. Membership ties us into that professional community, keeps us close to how standards develop — and makes us findable for law firms in the directory.

Evidence: Our entry in the SLTA member directory

Ethics and Compliance Switzerland (ECS)

What it is: The Swiss professional association for ethics and compliance, with working groups on topics including anti-bribery and AI in compliance.

Why it matters for your mandate: Whistleblowing systems, early warning and internal investigations are compliance work. Membership keeps us in exchange with the compliance officers we work for.

What these credentials are not

A certification is not a quality verdict on any single investigation and it does not replace care in the individual case. It is the floor, not the promise. We list them here because you have to check them — judge us on the work.
