Ron is a Cyber Defense and Threat Intelligence (CTI) analyst with more than 15 years in IT security, spanning offensive testing, auditing and digital forensics. With a hacker's curiosity for computer systems going back to the 1990s, he brings deep, hands-on technical mastery to threat investigation and the defense of complex environments — and the seasoned judgement that comes only from years on the front line.

His practice centers on penetration testing, security auditing, secure system and network engineering, and forensic investigation, with a consistent preference for open-source software and tooling. A highly technical practitioner who has also acted at CISO level, Ron pairs rigorous technical depth with a strategic, risk-aware perspective, delivering investigations and defensive measures that are thorough, transparent and built to withstand scrutiny.

Maksim is a Senior Software Engineer with over 10 years of experience building websites, applications and custom software. He builds products from scratch and supports them throughout their lifecycle, from initial architecture and development to launch and ongoing maintenance.

His experience covers both backend systems and user interfaces, allowing him to handle the full technical scope of a project. He is the creator of PLANKA, a popular open-source Kanban board for managing projects and tasks. Maksim speaks English and Russian.

Reto is a marketing and communications professional with more than 25 years of agency experience, much of it at management board level. Most recently he spent almost twelve years as Media Director and member of the management board at The Generation Media AG, part of the Jung von Matt group, in Zurich. Before that he held senior roles at the agencies agor ag, Vizeum Switzerland and mediahaus.seefeld, the last of which he helped build from the ground up.
