Care is not a brake on the work. It is the work.

We work where facts matter — in internal investigations, in disputes and in finding out what large volumes of data really contain. We look for people who look closely and still deliver.

Working at Prism Discovery

Close to the case: you work directly on matters for law firms, compliance teams and boards — not in an anonymous department.

Small team, short paths: decisions are made quickly, and whoever joins the first meeting stays with the matter to the end.

Technology and judgement: forensic preservation, eDiscovery platforms and AI-assisted analysis are part of everyday work. Just as important is judging what is proportionate in the case at hand.

Learning on the job: onboarding on our review platform and in the methods of our investigations, further training in forensics and eDiscovery.

Location: Zurich Airport area, with assignments at clients in Switzerland and neighbouring countries. Working languages are German and English; French is a plus.

Who we look for

eDiscovery and forensics: you preserve, process and structure data from email, chat, cloud and devices and set it up for review.

Investigation and analysis: you put questions to data and people, test hypotheses and write findings that hold up to critical reading.

Software and platform: you build tools, integrations and analyses around our platforms — secure, traceable and operated in Switzerland.

Project management: you keep deadlines, budget and stakeholders together when things are urgent and much happens at once.

What everyone shares: discretion, precision and the willingness to state an uncomfortable finding clearly.
